The problem with art....

The critic
The creative process
When grid meets ceiling (with apologies to Tacita Dean's T&I)

Just a handful of iPhone happy snaps of the space between the art from when I dropped in to the Art Gallery of Western Australia to see the Van Gogh, Dalí and Beyond: The World Reimagined exhibition which ends on the 2nd of December.
The exhibition features 134 works by 96 artists and presents three of the most fundamental artistic genres which link and transcend the ‘isms’ of twentieth century art, from Impressionism, Cubism, Surrealism and beyond to the art of today. This selection of iconic works is a visually stunning array of outstanding works by Bacon, Cézanne, Kahlo, Klimt, Picasso, Richter, Wesselmann, van Gogh and more. Many of the most important artists of the 20th century are represented, with works that reinvented Landscape, Still Life and Portraiture in their time. It's definitely worth a visit.

Van Gogh, Dalí and Beyond: The World Reimagined
